Sign PDF

Upload a PDF, create a signature and place it on the pages you need. Everything happens privately in your browser.

Sign a PDF without printing or scanning it again

Use Sign PDF when a document needs a visible signature but you do not want to print, sign by hand, scan and resend it. It works for agreements, acceptance forms, internal approvals, delivery confirmations and simple business documents where adding a drawn or typed signature is enough for the workflow.

You can create a signature by drawing it, typing your name, or signing on a phone through the From phone QR flow. After saving the signature, place it on the right page, drag it into position and resize it before finalizing the PDF. This keeps the document workflow fast while still showing a clear signature on the exported file.

Sign PDF questions

Is this the same as a qualified electronic signature?

No. ClickPDF adds a visible signature image to the PDF. It is useful for many everyday approvals, but it is not a qualified electronic signature or a certified eIDAS signing service. For legally sensitive cases in Poland or the EU, check whether a qualified podpis elektroniczny is required.

Can I draw the signature on my phone?

Yes. Choose From phone, scan the QR code and draw the signature with your finger. The signature appears on the desktop page automatically when the connection succeeds.

Can I place more than one signature?

Yes. You can save signatures and place them on the pages you need. Each placed signature can be moved and resized before finalizing.

Can the signature be edited after download?

The signature is embedded as an image in the exported PDF. You should review the placement before clicking Finalize and download.
