Organize PDF

Upload a PDF, reorder pages, remove extra sheets or add pages from other files.

Reorder, rotate, remove and add PDF pages in one workspace

Use Organize PDF when the page order needs fixing before a document is sent or archived: scanned contracts with pages out of sequence, reports with extra sheets, files assembled from multiple PDFs, or documents that need one more appendix added at the end. It combines several common page-level edits in one visual grid.

Drag pages to reorder them, remove pages with the close button, rotate individual sheets and add pages from another PDF. The sidebar shows the current number of pages and source files, while each page card keeps a source label so you can see where a page came from before saving changes.

How to organize PDF pages

  1. 1Upload one or more PDFsStart with a PDF file, then use Add files if you need to append pages from another document.
  2. 2Reorder, rotate or remove pagesDrag page cards into the right order, rotate individual pages that were scanned sideways and remove sheets that should not remain.
  3. 3Save the new document structureClick Save changes to export a PDF that follows the final grid order and page edits.

Page organization without server upload

All page operations are performed in your browser. ClickPDF does not upload the source PDFs or the organized result to a server, which is useful when combining contracts, scans, internal packets or client documents.

Organize PDF questions

Can I add pages from another PDF?

Yes. Use Add files to import another PDF. Its pages are added to the workspace and can be reordered with the existing pages.

Can I rotate just one page while organizing?

Yes. Each page card has a rotate control, so you can fix a single sideways scan without changing the rest of the document.

What happens to page numbers after reordering?

The visual page numbers update to match the new order in the workspace. Existing printed numbers inside the PDF content are not rewritten automatically.

Can I remove all pages?

No. The document must keep at least one page before it can be saved.
