Delete Pages

Select pages you do not need and download the PDF without them.

Remove unwanted pages from a PDF before sending it

Use Delete pages when a PDF contains sheets that should not be shared: blank scan pages, duplicate invoices, old terms, internal notes, extra cover pages or attachments that belong in another file. Instead of rebuilding the document, mark only the pages you want to remove and export a cleaner PDF.

Page previews make it clear what will stay and what will be removed. Click the pages you do not need, watch the sidebar count of marked and remaining pages, and keep at least one page in the final document. The exported file contains only the pages that were not marked for deletion.

How to delete pages from a PDF

  1. 1Upload the PDF with extra pagesChoose one PDF file and wait for page previews. Blank pages, duplicate pages and old attachments are easier to spot visually.
  2. 2Mark pages to removeClick the page cards you want to delete. Use Mark all only if you plan to clear some pages again, because the final PDF must keep at least one page.
  3. 3Download the cleaned PDFClick Delete pages to export a new PDF without the marked pages.

Private page removal in the browser

The PDF is read and rebuilt locally in your browser. ClickPDF does not upload contracts, statements, invoices or scanned documents to a server. Download the cleaned file before closing the tab, because the temporary result is not stored online.

Delete PDF pages questions

How do I choose which pages to delete?

Click the page thumbnails in the grid. Marked pages are removed from the output PDF, and all unmarked pages remain in their original order.

Can I delete every page?

No. A PDF must keep at least one page. If every page is marked, the tool asks you to leave one page before exporting.

Will the remaining pages keep their quality?

Yes. The tool copies the pages that stay into a new PDF without intentionally compressing images or converting text to pictures.

Is this different from Split PDF?

Yes. Delete pages is for removing unwanted pages and keeping the rest of the document. Split PDF is for extracting pages or ranges into separate output files.
